NLD MEMBERS ARE READY TO FIGHT NLD CEC

အမ်ဳိးသား ဒီမိုကေရစီ အဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္၏ တိုင္း ၃ တိုင္းမွ ၂၄ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္က ပါတီမွတ္ပံုတင္မည္ဆိုလွ်င္ ကန္႔ကြက္ရန္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ထားေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။

ရန္ကုန္တိုင္းမွ အင္းစိန္၊ ပဲခူးတိုင္းမွ ၁၉ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ႏွင့္ မႏၲေလးတိုင္းမွ ၄ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္တို႔က မွတ္ပံုတင္မည္ဆိုလွ်င္ ကန္႔ကြက္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ “ေရႊဂံုတိုင္ ေၾကညာစာတမ္း” ကိုသာ ဆက္လက္၍ ဆုပ္ကိုင္သြားရန္ တိုက္တြန္းေၾကာင္း ၿမိဳ႕နယ္စည္း တာဝန္ရွိသူမ်ားထံမွ သိရျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။

“(ပဲခူး) တိုင္းအေနနဲ႔ကေတာ့ ၁၈ ရက္ေန႔က ကန္႔ကြက္တယ္။ က်န္တဲ့ ေတာင္ငူခ႐ုိင္က ၄ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္၊ ပဲခူးခ႐ုိင္က ၇ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္၊ သာယာဝတီခ႐ုိင္က ၈ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္လည္း ၿပီးၿပီ။ အဲဒီသေဘာထားပဲ။ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ေတြ က်န္ေနေသးေတာ့ ၂၇ ရက္ေန႔ ေနာက္ဆံုးထားၿပီး ဗဟိုကို တင္မယ္” ဟု NLD ပဲခူးၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ဥကၠ႒ ဦးျမတ္လွက မဇၥ်ိမကို ေျပာသည္။

ပဲခူးတိုင္းစည္း ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္၌ ေရႊဂံုတိုင္ေၾကညာခ်က္ကို ေသြဖီယိမ္းယိုင္၍ ၂ဝ၁ဝ ခုႏွစ္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲအား NLD အေနျဖင့္ ဝင္ေရာက္ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္မည္ဆိုပါက ျပင္းထန္စြာ ကန္႔ကြက္ရႈတ္ခ်ေၾကာင္း ဆိုထားသည္။

အလားတူ မႏၲေလးတိုင္းရွိ ရမည္းသင္း၊ မိတၱီလာ၊ ဝမ္းတြင္း၊ သာစည္ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္မ်ားကလည္း ပါတီ မွတ္ပံုတင္ျခင္းအား ကန္႔ကြက္ေၾကာင္း ဆံုးျဖတ္ၿပီးၾကၿပီဟု NLD မိတၱီလာၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ဥကၠ႒ လႊတ္ေတာ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ ေဒါတ္တာသိန္းလြင္က ေျပာသည္။

ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းဆုၾကည္ သေဘာတူညီမႈ မပါဘဲ မွတ္ပုံတင္ခဲ့လွ်င္ မိမိတို႔အေနႏွင့္ လံုးဝ လက္မခံေၾကာင္း ဆံုးျဖတ္ၿပီး ေရႊဂုံတိုင္ ေၾကညာစာတမ္းအတိုင္းသာ ခိုင္မာစြာ ရပ္တည္ၾကပါရန္ ဗဟိုအလုပ္မႈေဆာင္အဖြဲ႔အား တိုက္တြန္းေၾကာင္း ဆံုးျဖတ္ၾကသည္ဟု သူက ေျပာဆိုသည္။

“ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ မပါရင္ လက္မခံႏိုင္ဘူးဆိုတာေတာ့ NLD ဟာ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္။ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ဟာ NLD ပဲေလ” ဟု ေဒါက္တာသိန္းလြင္က ဆက္ေျပာသည္။

ရန္ကုန္တိုင္း အင္းစိန္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ဆံုးျဖတ္ခ်က္ထဲတြင္မူ “ေရႊဂုံတိုင္ေၾကညာစာတမ္း” ပါ “၂ဝဝ၈ ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံု ျပန္လည္သံုးသပ္ျပင္ဆင္ေရး”၊ “ႏိုင္ငံေရးအက်ဥ္းသားမ်ား လႊတ္ေပးေရး”၊ “ေတြ႔ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးေရး” စသည့္ ေတာင္းဆိုခ်က္မ်ားအား လိုက္ေလ်ာျခင္း မရွိသည့္ျပင္ ထြက္လာသည့္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲဥပေဒသည္လည္း အမ်ဳိးသားျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရးကို ဦးမတည္သျဖင့္ ကန္႔ကြက္ရေၾကာင္း ၿမိဳ႕နယ္စည္းအဖြဲ႔ဝင္ ေရွ႕ေနဦးခင္ေမာင္ရွိန္က ေျပာသည္။

မေကြးတိုင္း NLD အမ်ိဳးသမီးတာဝန္ခံ ေဒၚခင္ေစာေဌး ကလည္း မေကြးတိုင္းရွိ ေက်းလက္ေဒသမ်ားသို႔ NLD ပါတီ မွတ္ပုံတင္/မတင္ကိစၥ ကို လိုက္လံစာရင္း ေကာက္ယူခဲ့ရာတြင္ အားလံုးက ကန္႔ကြက္ခဲ့ၾကေၾကာင္း ေျပာသည္။

“က်မတို႔ ေရနံေခ်ာင္း၊ ေခ်ာက္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ေတြက ေက်းလက္ေတြမွာဆိုရင္ NLD ကသာလွ်င္ လူထုအတြက္ ေရွ႕တန္းကေန တိုက္ထားတဲ့အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ NLD ကို အားကိုးေနတဲ့အခါမွာ NLD ကေနၿပီးေတာ့ နအဖရဲ႕ လက္ေအာက္ကို ဝင္သြားမွာကို ကန္႔ကြက္တာေပါ့ေနာ္” ဟု သူက မဇၥ်ိမကို ေျပာသည္။

မေကြးတိုင္းစည္း အစည္းအေဝးကို လာမည့္ ၂၆ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕၌ က်င္းပမည္ဟုလည္း သိရသည္။ ေရနံေခ်ာင္း ၿမိဳ႕နယ္စည္း အစည္းအေဝးကိုမူ ယေန႔ျပဳလုပ္မည္ျဖစ္ၿပီး မွတ္ပုံတင္ေရးကို ေထာက္ခံမည့္ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္စည္းအခ်ဳိ႕ ရွိႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း ေဒၚခင္ေစာေ႒းက ေျပာသည္။

ၿမိဳ႕နယ္စည္းႏွင့္ တိုင္းအစည္းအေဝးမ်ားမွ ထိုကန္႔ကြက္စာမ်ားကို ယခုလ ၂၉ ရက္ေန႔မတိုင္မီ ၂၇ ရက္ေန႔အတြင္း ဗဟိုသုိ႔ အေရာက္ပို႔ၾကမည္ဟု ေျပာဆိုၾကသည္။

ယခုလ ၂၉ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ပါတီဗဟိုအလုပ္ေဆာင္ေကာ္မတီႏွင့္ တိုင္း/ျပည္နယ္ ဗဟိုဦးစီးအဖဲြ႔ အဖဲြ႔ဝင္မ်ား ရန္ကုန္ ဗဟို႐ံုးခ်ဳပ္တြင္ ေတ႔ြဆံုေဆြးေႏြးၿပီးေနာက္ ပါတီမွတ္ပံုတင္ေရး၊ မတင္ေရး ဆံုးျဖတ္သြားမည္ျဖစ္သည္။

ေနအိမ္တြင္ အထိန္းသိမ္းခံထားရသည့္ ပါတီအေထြေထြအတြင္းေရးမႉး ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ကမူ တရားမွ်တမႈမရွိဘဲ၊ တဖက္သတ္ထုတ္ျပန္ခဲ့သည့္ စစ္အစိုးရ၏ ေရြးေကာက္ပဲြဥပေဒမ်ားအရ ပါတီမွတ္ပံုတင္မည္ကို လံုးဝ လက္မခံေၾကာင္း သူမ၏ ေရွ႕ေနမ်ားႏွင့္ ယမန္ေန႔က ေတြ႔ဆံုစဥ္ သေဘာထားေပးခဲ့သည္။

If the, National League for Democracy, re-registers with the Election Commission, members of the party from 24 townships will revolt and protest the party decision.

“According to sources, members of NLD in Insein Township from Rangoon Division, the members of NLD in 19 townships from Bago Division, and the members of NLD in four townships from Mandalay Divisions will object to the possible re-registration of the party and urge responsible townships’ leaders to stand by the Shwegondaing declaration.

Myat Hla, the chairman of Bago Township, told Mizzima, “We, NLD members from Bago Division complained on March 18. Four Townships from Taung Ngoo District, seven Townships from Bago District, and eight Townships from Tharyarwaddy District have already complained against a possible party registration. After we have collected the opinions of the members from the rest of the Townships within Bago Division, we will submit it to the central party leadership. Our deadline is 27 March.”

In the statement of the Bago Division, they have decided to protest if NLD steps away from the Shwegodine declaration and decides to contest in the election.

The NLD chairman of Meiktila Township, a 1990-elect MP, Dr Thein Lwin said, “Ya Me Thin, Meiktila, Wan Twin, and Thazi Townships from Mandalay Division have also protested against any move to re-register”.

“If the party re-registers without the approval of Aung San Suu Kyi, we can’t accept it. We have decided to urge the Central Executive Committee to stand by the Shwegondaing Declaration,” he said.

Dr Thein Lwin added, “NLD is Aung San Suu Kyi and Aung San Suu Kyi is NLD. That’s why we can’t accept it without her approval”.

Khin Maung Shein’s lawyer who is also a NLD member of Insein Township (Rangoon Division) said, “the statement of Insein Township mentions that we complained against some of the CEC members’ reported desire to re-register the party because the junta has not accepted the demands of the Shwegondaing Declaration such as “reviewing and amending the 2008 constitution”, “to release all political prisoners”, and “to initiate a political dialogue”. The electoral laws don’t lead to national reconciliation. That’s why we complained.”

Khin Saw Htay, from Magway Division said when they carried out a survey in the villages of Magway Division, all of them were against re-registration of the party.

She added, “In Yay Nan Chaung and Chauk Townships, there is only one party (NLD) that fights for the rights of people, so they rely on the NLD and they don’t want NLD to accept junta’s control.”

The meeting of members form Magway Division will be held at 26 March, in Rangoon. The meeting of members from Yay Nan Chaung Township was held today.

They will submit the protest notes to the central party on 27 March. On 29 March, members of the Central Executive Committee and members of Central Committee from Divisions/States will discuss the issue at the Rangoon main office and will decide whether NLD will register at all.

Aung San Suu Kyi, the General Secretary of the party, who is under house arrest, communicated to her lawyers that she can’t accept the junta’s one-sided unjust electoral laws.
